Quit smoking once and for all

A free orientation class on smoking cessation takes place from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Center for Rehabilitation, 3190 E. Midland Road.

The class outlines the American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking program offered through Bay Regional Medical Center.

Classes meet from 3:30-5 p.m. each week from Feb. 9 through March 23 and cost $50. For more information or to register, call 1-877-411-2762 anytime. Registration deadline is Feb. 2.
