One More Reason Why You Should Stop Smoking

Many people are so fond of tobacco even though the thing is packed with toxins that can literally destroy the body with too much use. There are already so many diseases that are attributed to chewing tobacco and yet, these “poisonous” habit gets practiced almost everywhere in the world because they are sold without restrictions. It is like buying your own ticket to line up to your death.
If you are going to carefully shred facts about the use tobacco, whether chewing or smoking it, you will be surprised to find out its many harmful effects, especially the risk of heart attack. However, people are not quitting the tobacco habit simply because there are no legal actions to ban its use. With this, the government should look into the health concerns of smokers and non-smokers too, and banning of tobacco use must be one top priority.
But of course, society should start this ‘cause’ first and make changes from within by kicking this habit before the government steps in.
Do you value your health?
If you smoke tobacco, you are actually allowing 4000 harmful chemicals to parade into your body, which can inflict your system with serious health problems. These are poisonous substances and yet, many people are still into the pleasure of puffing these things as if these determine social status. Newsflash – Tobacco does not define glamour. They literally kill. So, if you love your body, especially your heart, better stop this habit before it gets you. You are poisoning your body! It is like asking if you would like to fill your most valuable car with dirty oil and ruin it.
Smoking is also a “psychological habit”. Many people feel good, relaxed, and de-stressed whenever they puff a smoke or two; adoring the aftertaste of tobacco. These things are all in the mind and come to think of it, these are all excuses they make up just to reach for one poisonous stick. As a result, smokers have a hard time quitting because of the wrong impressions they have about “quitting” the habit when in fact, it is just the nicotine that is ruining their drive to quit.
If quitting is really in your life’s game plan, then better get hold of yourself and act on that decision right away. Being strong and able to practice self-control will largely help.
Keep things in control. Your own health is more important than any other thing in this world. So if you love your body, do not let your bad habits take over you. Stop while you still have control over this enemy.
