smoke decreasing quantities of cigarettes
ex. in a day you smoke 5 sticks you should smoke 4 in the next day 3 the day after and so on</description>

		<description>I found the best way for me was, FOOD, and i &#039;m not overweight now from it! in fact, i am about 52kg and 176Cm&#039;s tall. Any way have a little healthy snack each time you crave, then after get into a 20-30 minute work out, shower so on. Then read a book to keep you re hands moving or draw so you cant hold the smoke but still doing something.
I hated the gum, patches weren&#039;t too bad  use them with some sort of routine and that way you will be on the path to a healthier lifestyle.
It does take time but you will get there. And just two more tips: chewing gum is good and try not to have that first smoke in the morning because you will find it starts the domino effect.
