I Really Want To Stop Smoking But It Is So Hard?

I have someone in my house that smokes and I am the one who wants to stop. I told him that I wanted to stop but he keeps asking me to buy another pack. It’s really hard to stop if he still wants to keep smoking. What do I do?

   you will have to use self control. it is extremely difficult to quit smoking especially when someone else smokes around you. you have to have strong will power, and its completely possible. put your mind to it and stick to it and think about all the reasons you want to quit. you can do it tell him to buy his own smokes.

   My dad smoked 2 packs a day for 12 years. He go hypnotized because he thought it was B.S. and he wanted to prove my mom wrong. he hasn’t smoked again in 6 years now!!! The place he went charge 50 dollars. If it didn’t work, they give you 75 back. It’s a win-win situation. Tell the person in your house how you feel and why you want to stop and that you would appreciate if they respected you. Good luck!

   Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh I do know that feeling and am still fighting it.
   Tell who ever to go get there own smokes as they know off limit to you as of now!!!!!!!!!
   Hang in there its not easy is it!!!!!!
