I am trying to quit smoking and I was using Nicotine patch for the last three days, But today After I take off the Nicotine patch I smoked three times ” I guess it didn’t help me
” So I was wondering How much health problem does using Nicotine patch and smoking at the same time will cuase?
‘ I know it is wrong to smoke and Use patch” I am trying not to

you keep the patch on until u think u r strong enough to take it offf…

All yo did was undo everything you hoped to do by using the patch in the first place. If you are a smoker that means you are addicted to nicotine. Using the patch is a way of tapering off the drug (nicotine) slowly so you don’t have withdrawal symptoms. If you just go back to smoking what is the purpose of spending money on the patch? Duh? Anyway it is one of the hardest drugs to quit and the most dangerous because it affects the health of people around you whether they are smokers or not. Do you want the lives of your family and friends on your conscience?
