even if you don’t care about living longer, you’ll feel a lot better physically. in addition to prelonging it, the QUALITY of your life will be better. how bout THAT?!

You may not live to be 100. But you must strive to live healthy as long as you live. The body is the true temple of God. He is not to be found in Church So if you put smoke into your body take it from that the Lord does not like smoke. May be another reason to give up smoking

You may not want to be 100, but I’d guess you don’t want to die in your 50s or earlier. I’m not saying that is what will happen to you, but my uncle died at 24 from lung cancer caused by smoking. Also, a friend’s husband quit smoking, but it was too late. Lung cancer took him quickly at 57. My grandmother smoked A LOT. She didn’t die of cancer, but she spent the last few years of her life hooked up to an oxygen tank all the time. If I were you, I’d quit. If you’re in the states, cigarettes have gotten really expensive. You’d probably save a load of money.

Maybe just have one cigarette in the morning with your coffee. Then that’s it for the day.
