the best, in my opinion, is keeping yourself busy. for me to smoke 2 packs a day, i need about 2-3 hours of "smoking time". if you area too busy to find 2-3 hours, then you dont have a chance to smoke. however, being busy for every hour you are awake tends to build stress. but then there is always a solution for that. go out for a run. it will build your lungs back up, and takes away the stress.
second best, go to hookah. most (if not all) hookah tobacco has .05% nicotine, and has been washed free of tar. compare that to the 16mg of tar and 1.1 mg of nicotine you get from one filtered Marlboro, and its basically nothing. you get a buzz (mostly from the lack of oxygen to your head) and you feel relaxed, but there is almost nothing bad in hookah. its basically all sugar. still, breathing in smoke is bad for you, but its nowhere near as bad as the tar and nicotine.
stop smoking, but dont stop the nicotine. wear patches, chew gum, pack dip. have different ways of getting the nicotine you need without lighting up a cigarette.

do you want the best or the most stress free?<br
