    1 my health – I’m on birth control and worried about blood clots and the obvious, my lungs
    2 my skin – cig smoke can make you age quicker
    3 I dont smell like an ashtray anymore

    5 i save A LOT of money by not buying a pack a day
    6 Rather than taking a smoke break at work, i take a walk
    7 I don’t have to worry about my animals health and the effects the 2nd hand smoke could have been having on their health

    Here goes…
    >It reduces your chances of getting cancer
    >It makes you lead a life full of happiness (like, for eg, being able to run 100m without getting tired, you cannot do that if you are a smoker)
    >It’s going to keep your family happier too by convincing them that you are not going to die of some stupid disease caused by some stupid cigarette
    >It keeps you away from insults and scoldings from people who dislike the smoke of cigarettes
    >It keeps you from diseases other than cancer also

    trust me if your a smoker quiting is the way to go especially if you want to live a healthy and long life smoking is inhaling toxic chemicals into your body which is not only disgusting but extremely unhealthy, to be honest you might aswell eat rat poison because thats pretty much what you are inhaling (and also many other gross substances) Seriously, QUIT!!

    more like 50 benefits ranging from lowered risk of cancer to lowered risk of erectile dysfunction.
    HOW about the 1 benefit of smoking : lowered parkinsons disease risk
    It isnt worth all the other risks though.

    Besides all the internal harm, there is stink to the hair, clothes and body. Yellow fingers and teeth. That should be enough for someone to quit right there! The breath of smokers is like dragon breath.
