good for you! well, for starters, you’re not going to hack up yucky black goo for the last twenty years of your life. plus your heart and lungs function much better the longer you go without a smoke. AND you’re not tied down to that ball and chain… trust me, it’s very liberating to not have to have that smoke break every hour on the hour. you’ll be much more productive and you’ll smell better. i actually just quit… haven’t had a cig in 3 months. it sucked pretty bad for the first couple of weeks since i was still craving. it took a while for me to get used to not having to work the cigs into my daily routine- and i ended up finding out i had much more time in the day. but once you get over those first couple of weeks, it’s all downhill from there. i used to LOVE smoking, and never thought i would give it up until i got pregnant and the morning sickness kicked in so i couldn’t smoke anymore. and now that its been 3 mos, i can’t even really remember why i liked it so much, or how i could have even started. be tough, you’ll get through it just fine!

If you stop smoking, you will have less of a chance of getting:
medical problems like lung or lip cancer
yellowing teeth
yellowing fingers
smokers breath
wrinklers around mouth (you pucker lips when smoking)
these are only a small amount of benefits, because giving up smoking is definately worth it.
