Day 4
30th May 2008
Well, I’m onto day 4 and still haven’t lit up, not that it hasn’t been tempting!
I had a really stressful day yesterday at work (hence no entry yesterday!!) I
had a load of deadlines to meet and lots of big bosses breathing down my neck,
the urge to light up a cigarette was unbelievable.
I went straight home from work & decided that I needed something to motivate me. I had a look through this site and saw that they are giving away a free quit smoking ebook, well I’m never one to turn down a freebie so a grabbed it from grab-yourself-a-free-quit-smoking-ebook-today. It’s not packed with information but is an interesting read and definitely gave me some good pointers and just reading though it has helped calm me down a bit, I think I’m going to survive the evening without giving up on giving up lol, which is more than i could have said 30 minutes ago 
. I’ll admit to being a sceptic but it really has helped
to take my mind off s m o k i n g.

I actually feel a bit more positive and even more refreshed and motivated to carry on!
At least now I am going to pass another hurdle and survive another SMOKE FREE day!
Going to go out this weekend & have a smoke free night out! Actually really
looking forward to it – I know it won’t be easy but I really feel I can have the
strength to do it!
