hi . Go and have a look at ” theexsmoker2008″ here on youtube. just type in the search “the ex smoker” This guy is pretty smart about what you have to do if you want to stop smoking. Have a look. You got nothing to lose. Maybe send him a question coz I am sure you will get some good advice from him. Good luck

im sure youve seen the video on this site called quitline artery.. they squeeze plaque out of an artery of a smoker.. only 30 years old..gross like chunky rotted milk in your heart..
did you ever lick a nicotene patch? i know it sounds wierd, but it is alot of nicotene and i helps get rid of sudden cravings. its been about 2 months for me now since i quit. from 1 pack a day to nun isnt really difficult. its kindof fun to be in nicotene withdrawl… espresso helps too..GOOD LUCK funny lady

Smoke! Smoke you’re #!@%ing heart out. Not really I am a smoker also but if you want to really stop smoking then there are plenty of market options to quit. I fyou have the money to buy the cigs then you have the cash to buy the quitting product. No I am not going to quit because it will kill me and then I can become a #!@%ing ZOMBIE. ( I am a ZOMBI freak! Zombies will one day rule the earth and that would #!@%ing rule! Someone go invent the #!@%ing T-Virus for #!@%s sake…please?)

I managed to quit…but started up again like a moron.
Best thing I found to do was just occupy yourself, sounds stupid but even a good conversation with a friend can help, Not thinking of it means not smoking

well yeah i’m guess that what i will have to that try too i only had 1 cigs so far i’m sure i’ll have more but still pretty happy with that thanks for commenting.

I don’t smoke, I’m straight edge… That means that I don’t smoke, drink, do drugs, nothing. So while I don’t have any first-hand experience… I would say that willpower is the best cure for addiction, not substitutes. You know, if you can find a straight edge club or some other place where you can be around people who will support you in quitting smoking, then that would be ideal.

You’d beeter quit smoking weed too, while your at it.
No smoke that a human ihales deeply into their lungs can be considered “natural” or “healthy.”
If you have a family history of cancer that is likely a smoking-related cancer, you should quit smoking. All smoking, weed too.
