I’m a mess. I am 5’8 and weigh 185 lbs. I’m also a smoker and smoke weed. I realize I need to change my lifestyle but it’s overwhelming because I don’t know where to start! I would like advice from people who have overcome multiple addictions.

The pill was loose in a small compartment of my purse with broken up cigarettes, probably in there for a week. I forgot this, and took the pill. I don’t think there is any, but I think that there should be. Yeah it’s a legal substance, but it can be just as hard to quit as any other addictive drug if not even harder.
