With today’s world it’s not impossible to quit smoking at all thousands of people quit smoking every year so can too, There are many benefits of quitting and there are lots of reasons you should quit smoking the main reason is because smoking leads to health problems such as shortness of breath, heart attacks and lung cancer and many other serious problems that can cause quick death. Many people die from this bad habit so I will give you some of the benefits of why you should quit smoking:

People who smoke cigarettes and nicotine experience bad breath and which is really bad for your close friends and family they won’t be close to you as long as you have bad breath and it’s main reason is smoking, so if you stop smoking your family and close friends will become closer and closer to you and will love to stay around you more.

Quitting cigarettes and smoking tobacco promotes the chances of longer life. The average person who smokes gets around 15 years deducted from his life plus other health problems, but, when you quit smoking your life will be back the healthy way and you will have a longer, healthier and successful life even if 15 years is not much to you but remember those years that you will live with smoking isn’t as nice and happier then the other type life without smoking and continues health problems.

Every breath of smoke that you intake into your body might cause a huge problem in your heart and lungs it’s just like the car if you put stones in the fuel tank it will lead to problems at any time that’s how your body works so avoid smoking for a better and healthier life style free of health problems.

With quitting smoke and cigarettes you will have a chance to live your life the way it is supposed to be. You will have a better family, your friends and families will love you and will care much about you and they will support and be there for you once you quit smoking. Other than that there are many health benefits for people who quit smoking such as reducing the risk of lung cancer which a great many smokers end up with there are many other health benefits from quitting smoking such as longer life.
