It is a killing product that nobody is doing anything about. While America is declaring war against terrorism why don’t they declare war against cigarette or tobacco farms? If you care about your health it is time that you stop smoking, you have to quit smoking if you care about yourself and loved ones especially.
If you were a parent what would your children think if you died early because of smoking so it is better to quit and have a better and healthier life here are some facts that I thought you should learn about smoking that you may even never heard about:
Smoking is an addiction, it contains tobacco and nicotine which is a substance that makes you very addicted and possibly not able to quit.
There are more then 400,000 death’s every year in the United States that are caused by smoking related illness, smoking increases the risk of cancer and especially lung cancer.
When a child is born by parents who are both smokers when he reaches the age of five his body is estimated to be inhaled more then 100 cigarettes so you can even be hurting your children and your loved ones.
If both parents are smokers a teenager is more likely to smoke two times more then a normal teenager.
Pregnant women who smoke during pregnancy will more likely have babies which have a lower birth weight that is even too low for their health if all women quit smoking during pregnancy more then 4,000 babies will be saved every year!
Quitting from smoking can make a big difference. In no time at all you will reduce the risk of lung cancer and other cancers you will have a normal sense of smell and sense of taste and you will no longer continue suffer that constant “smokers cough” you will be as healthy as a normal person and you will be able to live a healthy, normal life.
If you quit smoking you can save yourself money every pack cost $2 so $730 per year if you smoke just one pack of cigarettes every day! So you can even get a financial reward by quitting, the price will go up as years go by so it is better to quit for your own good.
Those are some of the facts about smoking so it is better to avoid smoking completely as it can cause you severe health problems and it may even effect your loved ones. Imagine you are spending money on killing yourself you can even call it a suicide, so don’t waste your time by inhaling poisons in your body and quit to have a healthier normal life that every smoker dreams of.
