People are getting really bad ideas about quitting but there is nothing bad in quitting smoking, in fact quitting smoking is good for your own health and for your loved ones and for a better and a healthier life style, in fact all those myths and rumours have an answer if you think about them. Every rumour has its own answer and here is what we will prove to you in this article here are some famous myths about why you shouldn’t quit smoking:

    Quitting smoking will cause your body to react against you and cause different symptoms:

Ans: It is very true that once a person quits from smoking in his first day and first week he will experience several symptoms because of his withdrawal of nicotine it is because of the nicotine and smoke being cleansed from his body there are several symptoms such as coughing, gaining weight and the inability to concentrate but these symptoms are only for a limited time it is better then killing yourself by smoking.

    Quitting Smoking is only about willpower:

Ans: Smoking is without question a very addictive pass time and bad for you at the same time but fortunately there are many different methods and several treatments available to us in these days.

    If you fail in the first attempt of quitting you will never be able to quit again:

Ans: That is wrong most smokers fail in their first, second and even their third attempt just don’t give up and keep moving by trying different methods. Studies suggest that quitting smoking is successful by using a combination of methods.

    It is expensive to quit smoking:

Ans: this is totally wrong it is more expensive to smoke more than to quit. Smoking a pack a day means that the average smoker will spend more than $1,000 a year this is way more expensive then quitting.

All those myths have been answered so therefore there is no need to be worry about quitting. When you feel that it is the right time just go ahead and quit smoking. If you fail try the second time with a different method I am sure one of them will eventually work out for you just don’t give up this is the key to stopping smoking and remember to use a combination of different methods.
