The Aftermaths of Quitting Smoking
If you have ever wondered of quitting smoking then you must consider the side effects of both good and bad.

Image by timtak via Flickr After you have quit smoking i.e. a few days later, you should see your health increasing formidably. It is marked by an increase in oxygen levels in the blood, increased functioning of your lungs and an overall increase in general fitness.
You can also notice that you are breathing more freely than before. Senses of taste and smell start to return to normal levels and eating habits become better day by day and the chances of myocardial infarctions also become reduced. Giving up smoking can reduce the risk of many circulatory problems. They will slowly regain there stamina and within few weeks they come to normal again.
Bad effects:
The bad effects appear to happen with the onset of lessening of blood sugar amount. After quitting smoking your body has to adjust with the changed situation. Having several glasses of fresh fruit juice can reduce this risk. Smoking can also damage your anatomical system and hence it takes time to heal itself. Chances of the disease – Mesothelioma may increase and also its treatment is costly and cannot be done without financial support. Other than this one may face irritability, Stress, nausea, and light headedness. All the above effects last for short time. One may also have disrupted sleep patterns, poor concentration, constipation as well as coughs, colds, ulcers, urges to smoke, increased appetite, restlessness and depression. In order to reduce most of these effects one has to do regular exercises. It is better to refer to your doctors to get better results.
Getting rid of smoking does not need to be tough. It only depends on getting rid of psychological attachment to cigarettes.
