Smoking Increases The Risk Of Lung Cancer

Smoking is very well known to have a huge link with lung cancer. Studies have proven that a smoker has a bigger risk for lung cancer 23 times more then a non smoker women smokers have a risk of 13 times more then non smoking women to end up with lung cancer in fact many other types of cancer such as mouth cancer are caused by smoking and in fact many other related health problems too.
According to recent studies lung cancer is the leading cause of death of women who have cancer related deaths during 1960 and 1990 the number of lung cancer deaths in women had increased by more then 400% lung cancer has many causes but the leading cause is smoking and there other causes such as air pollution, asbestos and many others.
Lung cancer often starts when cells start to show up and grow wildly in a very mysterious way, which is what causes tumors in the bronchial tubes, mucous glands, and near the air sacs and surface of the lungs. The tumors will eventually grow into bigger amounts and can then spread out throughout the body by going to the chest, bones, spine or other body organs.
The more rampant the cancer in a body the higher chance of having bigger tumors thus having less chance of survival.
Over 90% of lung cancer deaths are caused by smoking but this problem can be solved if you quit smoking then your risks of having lung cancer will eventually reduce but although you will be at more risk then a non smoker but your risk will rapidly reduce to like 2 or 3 times. One of the symptoms that occur during quitting smoking is coughing which is because your lungs being cleansed which this means a good sign that your lungs are cleaning out of smoke, tar and nicotine.
Cigarettes have many other harmful effects other then lung cancer can you imagine that there are more then 4000 different harsh chemicals in each cigarette that has no natural place in the human body some of the chemicals are one of the most deadliest chemicals on earth and 50 of those chemicals are cancer causing chemicals such as cadmium which is used to make batteries and formaldehyde a liquid that is used in preserving amphibians which is commonly known in science labs those two substances had been scientifically proven to cause cancer not only for humans but for animals.
