When the smoker starts in the middle age then the possibility of becoming addict to it is not much higher.

Generally speaking there is no physical reason known to start smoking. The human body only needs food, water, exercise and sleep and it doesn’t need any tobacco or nicotine. Nicotine and cyanide are the chemical poisons to our body and kill if taken in high enough doses. Get rid of smoking, avoid many diseases and lead a long and healthier life.
