Day 2

Well it’s been at least 48 hours and I haven’t yet sparked up! I’m writing this on my lunchbreak to avoid the smoking gang at work!

I spoke to my mum on the phone last night, she tells me how proud she is of me, is it sad that it still gives me a glow to know that she is proud? All my friends tell me they are pleased for me, however they all seem to sit a bit further away from my desk now – I’m sure I’m not being THAT grouchy am I? Ok, So I snapped at a few people when they were talking loudly but I was trying to concentrate!! I can’t help it that I am dedicated to my work; I am sure its nothing to do with my nicotine withdrawal, is it?

Image via Wikipedia Well anyway, although I’m not sure that I can officially tick the non smoker box yet, I do feel that I am on my way – It isn’t easy!! In the morning I wake up dying to have a drag, just one drag. But I am staying strong!

I have been invited out this weekend, not sure I am strong enough to test myself yet?
