Anyone Got Any Tips To Try And Quit Smoking?









I managed to quit for about 3 days but really would like to quit for good anyone got any tips?

    Quiting cold turkey is the best way. Each time you fight the urge, the urge weakens more & more. Continue to ignore it, fight it, and it will eventually disappear. Eat foods that don’t taste well with cigarettes. Milk, salads, fruits, veggies, juices. Stay away from coffee. Avoid other peoples smoke. Take it one day at a time. Each day tell yourself you only have to make it until bedtime. Get to bed early when you can. Twice in my life, I quit for a whole year doing that.
    But when ever I got bad news, I broke down and had 1 cigarette and the habit was reborn. Set your mind, that when you do quit, never touch a cigarette again. You’ll feel 10 years younger and save plenty of money too.

    tell yourself everytime you want a fag that you will have 1 later , keep continuing the process until desire has gone ?
    i left the house without cash so if i went past a newsagent and wanted a fag i couldnt buy any ?
    breaking habits is the hardest thing to get over , i looked at when i smoked , the hardest 1 for me to stop was after food , took awhile to crack that 1 , and i will say i slipped a couple of times but i never beat myself over doing it ,.. except you will once in a while you will have 1 , theres no rules to it , once a smoker always a smoker and even now after 4 yrs of getting on top of my habit i still when i fancy it have 1 ?? its not a crime to and i dont feel bad for doing it because now i have control of it when before i didnt …
