I just bought nicotine patches but I’ve alredy smoked this morning.Can I wait a couple of hours then wear one ?

Wear the patch only when you feel the urge to smoke again,it may be after 2 hours,4, or 8 hours.Wearing it right now will mean doubling the quantity of nicotine whereas the purpose is to break this habit.

If you smoke while wearing the patch you are getting double the nicotine in your body. You might get a headache..or worse. Try Chantix..it’s a miracle drug. I quit after one month on it.
