Can You Use Nicotine To Get Rid Of Hunger?
Asked this earlier, but didn’t get a single reply.
Lately, i have quited smoking so i do have a lot of nicotine replacement products, but i found when i am hungry i have some nicotine and it just goes away for a bit. Can i keep doing this? I heard the nicotine isn’t actually harmful in the quitting aids.

Yes, nicotine reduces hunger and causes you to lose weight. Whether it’s harmful or not is another question. Probably not for short term use if you’re young and healthy. Over the long term, it might have cardiovascular effects because it increases blood pressure, and perhaps increase the risk of heart attacks. So — much safer than smoking, but not necessarily completely safe. And don’t forget that it’s the thing that makes cigarettes addictive.

Bad idea, you don’t want to get addicted. Eat more filling foods, like fruit/veggies/protein. Apples with peanut butter are good, so are bananas and cliff bar sort of things. (If you go to Whole Foods, the 365 cereal bars are really good!)
