Do You Need To Stop Smoking To Get A Cavity Filled?
i know you need to stop smoking when getting wisdom teeth out but how about before getting a cavity filled? my gums aren’t involved so do i really need to?

No–when you are getting wisdom teeth out they worry you will get a dry socket…not same with a cavity.

yeah, it’s pretty hard for the dentist to go through with the procedure if you have a smoke in your mouth.

probably not, the only time i was told i shouldn’t smoke was afer getting a tooth pulled
