I don’t know about the Allen Carr’s Easyway to stop smoking, but I tryed the commit and it worked for me the first week. I found the program through my family doctor and that is really good. They pay for the commits for up to 13 weeks. That was a big help, they are very expensive. Try to talk to your family doctor first. Good Luck!
