I heard that if you sleep at night with the patch still on you have wierd or crazy dreams…
and also if you have used the patch do literally feel the nicotine running through your system or no?

My hubby says yes. He was geting all sorts of wierd dreams and nightmares. And no he didnt feel the nicotine running, you just dont get the urge to smoke. Its not an “omg im wired!” effect. It works, but its best to take it off at night.
For him, the patch itched like hell though.
