Have You Quit Smoking And Gained And Then Lost The...
It’s been three months and I am gaining at a rapid speed, I have tried to stay relaxed about it because quitting smoking is really hard but I was wondering if the quitting affects my metabolism, if it’s normal to gain, and if it ever levels off or will i have to work out daily for the rest of my life (which i will never, ever do). Thanks.

Normally we tend to eat more to keep us busy from thinking of smoking. If you hate to exercise, lessen your fat intakes. try this, take an apple 30 minutes before your every meal. The fibre will absorb the fats from the foods. Or you can try this website. It has guidance for quitter smoker fellows to stay fit and loss weight

It is normal to gain weight after quitting, approximately 5 pounds. But it will level off, once your metabolism adjusts. The 5 pounds will probably stick if you don’t change up your diet, i.e. healthier carbs, no eating 3 hours prior to sleep, cut down alcoholic beverages etc. But you will feel awesome!!
Whatever you do…dooooooooonnnnnnn’ttttt go back!!!

4 months now , not smoking.. the weight gain has stopped BUT I have had to change my diet . Less cheese, less fat, more fruits, light beer, less wine etc.. and by being a bit more active, I am starting to loose that excess weight , It’s about time. 10 pounds to loose now.
