Help I Need To Quit Smoking.any Ideas On How To Start?

I had started smoking 7 months ago after not smoking for 2 years.I have no idea why i started up again and i have no clue to how i did it the 1st time.I don’t want to take any meds to stop.So no advice on that please.Thanks.

   Read the book, “The Easy Way to Stop Smoking” by Allen Carr. He smoked 100 cigs/day, and tells how he stopped overnight. It’s hard to find this book, but I think they have it on eBay. Good luck to you….
