How Can I Get My Uncle To Quit Smoking?

my uncle constantly smokes. it’s always his “resolution” to quit, but he never does. he recently had another son, and my aunt is very concerned that the 6 month old baby will get sick when he is around him. how do i get him to quit without being too persistent? I do not want him or the baby to end up sick.
