How Can I Help My Mom To Quit Smoking?
She’s been smoking for like 35 years and she smokes about 20 cigarettes a day. She smokes outside but I smell it when she comes in. I can’t stand it! I really need her to quit, it’s driving me insane I’m so worried for her health. What should I do!?

Well you can help her quit, but some people and I’m assuming she is really addicted so it is gonna be hard. You could like show her a list of all of the causes of it. you could buy her one of those fake cigarettes they sell now which like feels like you are smoking but you aren’t taking in all of those harsh chemicals that cause the harm to the health. All you can really do is give her the information to help her quit. You’re doing the right thing though hun.

if i were you i’d hide her cigarettes one day, or stick a note in the carton that says how you feel im sure itll mean alot to her and you two can talk about it let her know you support her
