Im 15 and my girlfriend smokes and i don’t want any thing to happen to here so how do i tell here to stop

You leave. Get the hell away from her. No one told to go out with someone who smokes in the first place. Next time use your brain. If one exist.

When I was your age, smoking or other substance use was a “deal breaker” for me. Once, though, a guy hid it from me, but after 2 months I figured it out and dumped him, too. It was important enough to me that I knew it wasn’t even worth my time (or theirs) to date someone who did those things.
My cousin doesn’t smoke and married a girl who smokes. He tried to get her to quit. She never has. Now they have 2 small children together, and guess what? She still smokes, and did so while pregnant, and around the 2 little children. If it’s a big deal to you – think of that. It’s not just HER that you need to think about, but your children. If you two stayed together, got married and had children, will you be okay w/ her smoking while pregnant and in front of an infant? These are things to think about.
You may not be able to get her to stop smoking. My husband smoked years before we met and quit cold turkey (way before we met). So, it’s not a deal to him because he hasn’t done it in so long and he’s over it. If it’s a big deal to you – wait for someone who doesn’t smoke – there’s plenty around these days because most people now days know how bad it is.

Ask her to…
You could try giving her tons and tons of facts on how bad it is…the ingredients that are actually in a cig (one of them is the same thing found in your pee!), etc…
Refuse to be around her when she smokes, refuse to kiss her when she smokes (or tastes like smoke)…make it obvious how horrible it is to be with someone that smells and tastes like it…
Whatever you do, DON’T start too (my mother did that, it’s stupid)
You could also tell her parents, or yours..since it is illegal at 15

break into her room every night and put on allen carrs cd on every night
for the next month or you could just tell her how disgusting it is threaten to break up with her !!!
