How Does Too Much Nicotine Make You Sick?
What exactly causes the symptoms of nausea, dizziness, headaches, cold-sweats etc that are a result of too much nicotine?
I’m not a daily smoker, but I smoked too much once and got all the symptoms above for 3 hours and I didn’t smoke on an empty stomach. I also tested my blood sugar twice and it was normal.

Nicotine is a poison. Those are ways your body gets rid of a poison, puking, sweating, and going to the bathroom. Dizziness, and headaches are a result of hightened blood pressure not sugar. Your blood pressure would rise because of the heightened heart rate that is necessary to cause the sweating, and nausea.

Nicotine is a drug. Like any drug, an overdose is a bad idea. It messes with the normal chemicals in your body and makes you ill.
