It only takes a few days for the nicotine to be out of your system (unless your putting a smaller amount in like the patch). To speed it along, drink alot of citrus drinks and especially %100 Cranberry Juice.

My Dr. told me it takes 3 months to get the nicotine out of your blood stream. I think that if it took only a few days you would not have any cravings at all after that time. I know I craved for a few months after I quit, still have a craving now and then (probably psychological) and I quit a year ago.

Hey if your not worried about the smoke you should be…when you smoke it all turns to arsenic…it is all cloggy your veins…the smoke fills the lungs and brings on the cancer in there…or you get to walk around with the oxygen tanks with a tube stuck up your nose…wow what a hot date you’ll be…it all takes awhile to get out…of your lungs, blood cells and all the other areas that the stuff messes up…the body is an entire working organ and one thing gets out of wack and the rest goes with it…so the whole thing is about two years…then you have to get used to the damage you’ll experience that it all caused….hopefully it all clears up…but don’t go around thinking the smoke is no big deal…i smoked for years and it took some time before I was free of ALL the effects…then I would not go near anyone who smokes…no sense clearing yourself up only to hang out with another dork…so give it all up and be safe inside your whole environment.
