Habit is hard to break ( Very hard to quit cold turkey, it is what it is… however, if you want to be smart about it and figure out what keeps you there than you can quit. I know what keeps me smoking is the smoke and holding a cigarette in my hand and inhaling it after I ate… Obviously I miss it too much when I can’t smoke after food or when I’m excited or when I’m on the phone… you got the idea. Smoking is my safe haven for a lot of things. So, I go smart and I got on the internet to see what I can do to quit. I found it….. next sentence will sound like I’m selling the product, which I am, however, this will give you a start and you can do your own homework to see what keeps you smoking. I found electronic cigarettes that simulate smoke… which is what I am really missing when I want to smoke. So I bought it, tried it and I love it. Do you homework on what keeps you smoking and hit the internet in search for your addiction. My site will give you a start.

I’ve stopped smoking pot on many occasions, it should be easier than trying to quit smoking cigarettes , for instance, because marijuana is not “physically” addicting. But your mind can be a very powerful influence. Psychological addiction is still addiction-no doubt about it. You need to “want” to quit! You need a good reason, not just because it might be nice or so an so wants me to, ect. Exercise your will power, and think of the good reasons you want/need to quit. Try (at least for a while anyway) to not hang out with the friends that you smoke grass with, at least until you feel strong enough to “just say no to drugs” sorry I couldn’t resist:o)

Maybe you should not stop all of a sudden. It would probaly be best if you gradually started smoking less during the day. Say you smoked 3 times a day, try to take it down to one or too. ya know? but besides its going to be legal soon anyways. Think alot the benefits of not smoking so much, you will probaly loose a little weight due to the fact that you will not have the munchies
and instead of smoking find something else to do, like chewing a piece of gum

It’s not addictive first of all so don’t think that you can’t once you make up your mind to quit just quit if you really want to,that the thing you can not run with the same crowd for one it’s all up to you basically plain and simple.

simply just STOP.
everything is a state of the mind,
if you really want to do something then just do it, there is nothing stopping you even an addiction.!!!
good luck =]

try telling some of your close friends or family, that way you will be more determined if you know that a few people aroud know that your trying to quit

This is something your “flesh” craves, but your flesh doesn’t need. Have you tried Jesus?
