I have good oral hygeine,brush and floss twice a day but all the brushing in world will not remove these nicotine stains. What is a good cheap way to brighten my teeth, and make them whiter?

Your hurting more than the look of your teeth…you’re killing your lungs. You know that and you know how you can quit too.
As your question is about stained teeth, there are a couple of things you can try. The first is the smoker’s toothpaste, I think its called Topol or something…look in a drug store rather than the grocery store for special stuff like that.
The second is to try brushing with baking soda…it will lighten stains but I’m not sure if it will totally remove them. You have to be gentle as the abrasiveness can hurt the enamel on your teeth…so use a gentle hand. Baking soda is knows for its “drawing” action…it draws out stains from teeth, odor and soap residue from clothing, buildup of shampoo in hair, tomato sauce stains from plastic containers…lots of stuff. Just be gentle and patient with the process.
There are the over the counter whitening thingies too, I haven’t tried them as they’re way overpriced and can cause tooth sensitivity…I have that already so no need for more.
Good luck and think about the benefit of quitting. I lost my Mom to lung cancer a year ago and believe me…it aint easy, but its worth it to try and keep trying.

in the chemist where the flossers and tooth picks are they sell tooth stain erasers they are on a long handle sort of like a tooth brush handle,also the bleach that the dentists sell can be bought on ebay from a dental company in america.(my dentist £350 for the teeth tray and 3 10% bleach syringes,while ebay teeth tray plus 4 35% bleach syringes £9.99 {£13 with pp}) it is a trusted company that sells to the extreme makeover programme.

Go to a dentist who whitens the teeth with bleaching machine.
This is actually a lamp with a special kind of light.
the whole procedure takes about 15 minutes. it consists of
rubing a special gel all ove your teeth then treating them with the light glowing from bleaching lamp . this is very effective and
your teeth remain white for some years before getting stained again.
