I Just Had My Blood Pressure Checked And It Was...
I am in great health. I work out about 4 x’s a week. The last month or so, my blood pressure has been high. I will be going to the doctor tomorrow. I was just wondering, is this normal when you quit smoking and gain alot of weight. I am trying not to stress out, but it’s hard.

I went through a major stroke last year and is almost recovered. After that my blood pressure was 180/120. When i cut off some weight, it goes down to 150/100. Try shedding a few pounds off ! Staying late at nite and not enough of green diet sucks too, besides stress !

That is high. But you need to check it several times to see if it was just a fluke. If you’re gaining weight, then it’s time to cut back on the food.
