I Quit Smoking Cigarettes For About 6 Months?

I smoked on and off/occasionally for about 2-3 years. i just quit this new years n was wondering if it would be bad if i smoked one more cig. i won’t smoke another after this one
also, does smoking marijuana cause lung cancer or anything?
