That’s got nothing to do with quitting smoking. Keep up the good work! I quit about two months ago and the further I get away from it, the easier it is. I PROMISE!!
As for those sores, they happen from time to time. They can be irritated by acidic foods; fruits, vinegar, mustard, OJ, etc. Steer clear for several days.
Rinse with a warm salt water solution a few times a day adn try not to play with them. They’ll go away.

  2. Voltron Says:

there is no known cause for cancker sores. Some studies show a pattern of them occuring when a person is under stress at work, home, diet dificiencis etc. Look to see if you have been under stress about something. It could also be the stress of withdrwal if you are constantly craving a cig. Cancker sores are self limiting meaning they go away on their own. If they are tender then use some orajel for cancker sore sold at walgrens or walmart to alleviate the discomfort.

Not sure, never heard of that before. Maybe you should join a “quit smoking” online forum and ask there. Or, go to you doctor. Good luck though.

smoking kills bacteria, try a mouthwash and make a app. with your doc

  5. artemis. Says:

    Could be gum disease.
