You could probably have the dentist whiten it there are many good offers if you start going to a new dentist, then keep up by brushing with whitening toothpaste

If you drink coffee or tea, then your teeth will be stained by them as well, so you’ll have to quit these too.

go to the dentist, get your teeth examined and professionally cleaned, first.
