Quit Smoking After Two Months. Benefits?

Okay for the last two months I have been smoking on and off. I don’t smoke every day, Sometimes I go a week without it and sometimes 2 days and sometimes I smoke every night for 3 or 4 days. I also have smoked probably around 25 black and milds, every time there is a party I smoke two that night. I have never had my own cigarettes I just smoke like half of one with a buddy. So my question is how much damage have I caused? I have noticed that it is alot harder to play sports and keep my breath. And also my appetite has gone down and I have been sick more often. So if I quit now, because I will because I am not addicted, I just get bored and need something todo and my friends smoke so we just share. I can quit, and I will today. When will my lungs go back to normal and also I noticed higher blood pressure and heart rate. When will they go back to normal, I want to be as healthy and as athletic as I was in high school. I have also lost around 15 pounds. I always have trouble gaining weight. I just started working out again and I am playing inter mural sports. And running. Have I caused permanent damage? Thanks for your anwers in advance.

I really don’t know, Ask your doctor. And Kelsey I think he means that he has trouble gaining weight, I don’t think he is trying to lose weight.
