What Would Be Some Of The Benefits Of Quiting Smoking?
I’ve been smoking for about 5 years and want to quit, i know it will be hard but i really want to know how much better i’ll be if i quit, weird enough when i was younger like 14 i hated smoking but when i got into highschool i started smoking, tried to quit many times before but failed. what will i notice if i quit completely?

I have been smoke free since 3-6-03 and I gotta tell you, I’ve never felt better!!! Once you quit you will notice how much easier it is to breathe and you don’t cough up any of those delightful phlegm balls in the morning (yum). You will be able to inhale more deeply. Food tastes better. You do smell better, but you won’t notice that…what you will notice is how badly other smokers smell!! OMG!! It’s disgusting!! You’ll feel better overall. Your environment will be cleaner…no more nicotine stains on anything. It was the best thing I ever did for myself!!

You’ll have more money, you will be healthier, you won’t smell of smoke and you won’t have to constantly feed your addiction.

Your fingers won’t have yellow stains on them!

You will obviously have that urge to light one up, but you will probably be irritable, gain a small amount of weight, and be tired. But your teeth won’t be yellow, you won’t smell like smoke anymore, and you will most likely live longer. If you get an urge to smoke, suck on a lifesaver. That’s how my grandfather quit and he was a smoker for 45 years.
