Don’t replace eating other things like candy or veggies when you quit smoking.

Don’t try quitting at the same time, you’ll need all your energy for quitting smoking or whichever you’re more addicted to.
I’d do the drinking first, since you’re less likely to backslide on smoking if you don’t drink. Then when you’re totally comforable with it, tackles the smoking. You can try cold turkey, but it’s more comfortable to try different kinds of nicotine replacement — for me, the nicotine lozenges worked. Or ask your doctor for a prescription for Chantix, which is the most effective drug.
And don’t worry about your weight. It will likely go up a bit when you stop smoking. Once you’re comfortable, you can bring it down again. The idea is not to fight too many things at once.

u cant just cold turkey like that but if you do you will have side effects but if you cut down lower and lower each week untill you stop then u will be good

cold turkey…………………it is easier to quit smoking if you don’t drink for the first two months…………….you might want the patch……..

i believe drinking makes you gain…………
just ween yourself off them slowly, eat right, and exercise.
