So I quit for bout 2 months or so and I started again… I know it gives u headaches but why?

I have seen that doctors(some random number) site keep popping up in posts, I’d check it if I didn’t think it was a virus, but thats just my paranoia.
But as far as smoking headaches go. Your body is dependent on the nicotine, so its the same as with any addiction. When the nicotine is removed from the body the body feels worse because it cannot find it anywhere in the body, hence the nicotine patches that are so nicely advertised.
But nicotine is also a psychotic drug in essence. It calms you down, the headaches again are just a reaction to a lack of nicotine.
Keep trucking, it will get better, just take advil when you can to relax the headaches, or any other type of asprin. Just not too much =)
