Which Is Worse For Trying To Quit Smoking?
I have to quit smoking, I usually smoke Marlboro Reds but I switched to Cheyenne Cigars because to me they are nasty and I need some sort of nicotine. Even though I am smoking less, are the Chyenne Cigars worse in the first place than Reds?

The harder part of the cigarette habit to kick is the action. Not the nicotine. So if you are smoking less and able to get out of the habit of smoking in certain situations (cars, before bed, morning, with coffee, etc) then you are more likely to succeed in kicking the habit overall. So even if the Cheyanne Reds are stronger, cutting the number of times you smoke is a good route to go.

Call the American Lung Assoc and the American Cancer Society. They have free programs to help you. And do not TRY to stop smoking, Do stop. They will help you.
Now about cigars – they are not as full of chemicals as cigs but they are nicotine to the max. When I quit for GOOD, I switched from Marlboro Reds to some light menthol cigs. Ick. Not hard to quit those.
Cigarettes are NOT your friend. When you light up – look at the cig. Take a moment to ponder the idea of it not being your friend.
Truly, there are ways many people have given up the nicotine and both of those agencies know the ways. Set a date to quit is good. You can contact me off YA and I will support you. I wonder that you say you Have to Quit. Are you sick?

I am a new non-smoker and the only way ive found that Truly works is to quit all together. I got a prescription for Chantix from my doc it works wonders for physical need, weird and vivid dreams.

I was a very hardcore smoker. The only thing that worked for me was chantix. The dreams were vivid and that stuff turned my stomach for about an hour. I am smoke free a year later though.
