Making A Plan Before Quitting

Without a plan it can be almost impossible to quit smoking, people that have tried to quit smoking several times but with no hope and do you know the reason why the always fail? It is because they don’t have a plan, yeah that’s right they don’t have a plan but they just go ahead and quit. When you want to quit smoking you should have a plan and you should execute the plan and quit on the right time. For example of the right time is in the holidays, no work, no stress, got nothing to worry about it is the very perfect time, don’t wait for the next year or you will die trying. Start planning before and execute the plan at the right time.

Having a right plan means having a real plan, what you will do when you hit the part where you crave for cigarettes? What products you are planning on using and at what time will you start quitting? You should first start by cleaning your house from every pack of cigarette and tobacco, don’t even try to keep a cigarette in your house. Another thing before quitting is to exercise and eat fruits and vegetables because once you quit so many withdrawal symptoms will occur which you will not like but they are temporary but some symptoms can occur such as gaining weight.

Orange juice.Image via Wikipedia Some people gain really excess weight this is because of the way nicotine used to speed up your metabolism to burn the extra calories but when quitting there is no nicotine so there is no burning extra calories and when people quit they often eat a lot of sweets and candy because their sense taste changes and when they feel that they crave for cigarettes they go and have a candy bar.
A good plan will consist of exercising before quitting stabilizing your metabolism to increase fat burning and to flush all unwanted toxins away, the next thing is to eat fruits and vegetables as a substitute for the craving of cigarettes as you can eat as much as you can without getting fat eat more carrots they are good to shut the craving of cigarettes.

After all with a plan everything can be done and every thing can be fine all you have to do is have a right plan for quitting smoking try to stay on update with your doctor discuss with him regarding your plan of quitting smoking and he will suggest what is best for you.
