Here are some tips and advices that I will give you to help you in the process of quitting:

Don’t worry about the quitting symptoms: We all know that when a person quits from smoking several symptoms occur due to the body’s need for nicotine and we all know that it is just temporary. The first days and weeks you will start experiencing several symptoms like coughing, unable to concentrate, gaining weight and more. Coughing means that your lungs and heart are cleaning up so this means that it is a good thing the symptoms will often go after a short while.

Stay active all the time:
Always stay active, play your favorite video game to avoid thinking about cigarettes ask yourself when do you smoke more often, most likely after having a good drink or after eating a nice meal so when the time comes make yourself busy by playing a game, exercising, talking or anything similar to avoid thinking about cigarettes.

Eat healthy food:
When an individual quits smoking and when they are in their first weeks some of them will substitute their cravings of cigarettes for food so when you quit smoking your body runs out of nicotine so your metabolism speed goes down and your calorie intake goes up this is what mainly causes the mysterious weight gains. So try substituting your cravings with vegetables and fruits you can eat as much as you can and you will never get fat.

Anyway after following my advices I suggest consulting your doctor as he or she knows the best for you just remember to make a good plan and note it down before quitting and don’t forget to remember what to do when the craving of cigarettes hits.
