Staying Smoke Free

Did you know that quitting smoking can be quite easy? You probably didn’t know that but the hard and tough process is staying smoke free, it is how much time you can hold yourself without a cigarette once your body stops it’s regular intake of nicotine it will start craving for nicotine and you will not be able to control yourself except if you have the will power and you are truly willing to quit. The first 2 or 3 days will be really tough for you without smoking as your body will be cleaning out your lungs you will be coughing a lot which is a good sign that your body is cleaning itself from smoke. After 5 days or so the hardest day will come which is the part that the body will start cleaning itself from nicotine so your blood stream will be totally cleansed from nicotine from the inside out of nicotine this is the hardest day were it can be really hard to stay smoke free.
Quitting smoking is just the beginning but when it comes to the hard part were you have to stay smoke free it starts to become harder and harder day after day night after night you will go through many symptoms and problems during these days you won’t be able to sleep very well, you may be feeling dizzy and you will experience other symptoms such as headaches and inability of concentration.
If you passed the first week successfully without having a cigarette then this is a good sign that your body has cleaned up from nicotine after a few weeks later you will be feeling a lot better from before as your body will be cleaned up from nicotine. Just try to stay focused continuously during your first month and avoid thinking about cigarettes if someone offers you a cigarette you say a firm “No Thanks, I’m staying smoke free” and don’t forget to warn your friends who smoke before quitting.
Within a month you will be as good as new and finally you will become a non smoker or an ex-smoker your lungs will be cleaned up your body will be cleansed from nicotine and your health risks of cancer will drop and your sense of taste and smell will increase and improve allot you will feel more taste in food and drinks remember to enjoy the food you are taking eat slowly for your healthiness and don’t over-eat like most people do after quitting if you gained weight try exercising and eating lots of vegetables and fruits and you should be fine just remember to stay up to date with your doctor
