A HYPNOTHERAPIST is helping smokers to quit for free as part of National No Smoking Day.
Debbie Taylor-Payne says tomorrow’s event would be the perfect time for people who had failed New Year’s resolutions to stop smoking to have another go.
Debbie, who runs the Hypnotherapy Rooms clinics in Marsh and Marsden, is offering free one-to-one consultations to anyone who would like to find out more about how hypnotherapy can help them say goodbye to the habit.
She said: “Hypnotherapy is very effective at helping people who have tried other methods to stop smoking in the past, but just don’t have the willpower to make the final break”.
Free consultations will be available at the Colne Valley Clinic in Marsden from 9am to 1pm. Ring Debbie on 0800 5877 269.
