Don’t believe this guy cause he wheres a white coat. If you are a smoker then you are addicted to nicotine so chewing on nicotine gum will notv free you of your addiction.

dude u’r missing the point, if u get a replacement u’r not replacing the smoking as is, but more the habbit of smoking, once u replace the habbit u can quit smoking

Nicotine addiction is addiction to nicotine. Using nicotine replacement(patches, gums, etc) to fix nicotine addiction does not make any sense! It’s like telling a cocaine addict to shoot up the coke instead of snort it cause it’s bad for their sinus’s. The only way to cure nicotine addiction is to remove the nicotine completely from the system and never ingest it again.

Even if you became addicted to the nicotine nasal spray, you’d save your lungs and throat. For God’s sake, don’t let your Dr give you Welbutrin pills!! We both became very suicidal. Very informative vid. We used the patches for awhile.
