Don’t forget to take a lot of showers. The toxins will “leach” out of your skin. The toxins will come out when you sweat.

Just try to remind yourself that the reward is not in TAKING the drag but rather in NOT taking the drag. “Just one last draw” could lead you back into your addiction, leaving the voice in your head asking “Why did I do that?”.
You have to make a choice. To be a smoker or to be a non – smoker. Will power really has very little to do with it. If you pick up a cigarette and smoke it, it will be because you chose to. Choose wisely, don’t smoke. Your body will thank you.

The only thing between a ciggy and me is my will power… and my will power is like a magnet drawing us both together.
Does any one know how to get rid of the “want” to smoke. Not the addiction part, I mean the voice in your head that says “go on, just one last draw.”-?

Clearly you’ve watched “Idiot Behavior”. You should go see “Idiot Behavior re-mastered”. I think it’s funnier.
You are an example of what I talk about at the end of my day 5 quit log and in my rant video.
That makes me sad. And quite astonished at the shear mass quantity of people with your “interests”.
NOT SMOKING is the only choice for me.
Well, Thanks for saying you’re happy for me.

Must be that crooked nose (j/k) I think you are a hotty. Bummed that you quit smoking but happy for you at the same time.
