I was thinking the exact same thing today, but I’ve been soooooo busy and my cam is on the fritz. Haven’t had time today to trouble shoot. I will though hopefully on the week-end! Thanks for the reminder!

Today is the two-month mark, so you need to make a new video so that we’ll know that you haven’t slipped – which will inspire others to follow your example.

Okay, now you are completely 100% forgiven! LOL! Did I mention we’re also suckers? LOL!
(I’ll speak for myself on that comment!)

Day 48 and going strong! Feeling proud and victorious! Had only one twinge of wishing for a smoke today which lasted about 5 minutes as I tried to think it away. It really can be done.
And for the record, I don’t get angry, just wanted to “clarify”. If I seemed “bigger” in this video than something earlier you’ve watched of mine, it’s just angles, lighting, whatever. Hey, I’m a *****! We’re sensitive about stuff like that! LOL! Peace man!

thank for reponse. sorry dont mean to make you angry.
have you still not touch a cig?

What exactly are you talking about? There are no videos of me before I quit and I’ll have you know that I’ve actually lost 5 pounds since I quit smoking. In fact over time, in the last 4 years I’ve now lost a total of 35 pounds. So ouch! Sorry if I seem defensive.
It’s all mind over matter, so if you quit “loving” it and take control of yourself, you can have it all.

i can see you are a little bit bigger than before you quit smoking. I tried quit smoking but i get to big. Then i started again and i must say i simple love it. good luck quitting

I’m honored that you took the time to watch and joyful if it gave you encouragement.
Words like yours, make me go on another day without smoking and each day further from the last is one day closer to forgetting.

Every word you say here pierces my brain and gently, sensibly persuades me to let go of the ciggie-pops. Thanks for sharing your journey.

That’s quite an admission for such a grand thinker.
I think you should make another video on speaking. People (and I) would really enjoy listening to what you have to say.

I am bit of a teacher; sometimes give talks on philosophy and spirituality. My cravings are the same as the next person – sadly I, too, am only human.

Good advice. I’ve been intending to get moving soon. It’s turning to winter where I live so I’ll have to jump around indoors I’m afraid. LOL! Although I do enjoy ice skating very much. When I’ve gone the last couple of winters I was always out of breath so quickly. I can hardly wait to feel the difference!

Oh Happy, I understand what you meant now. You’re a very interesting person and have unusual ways of getting your ideas across. Maybe I’m not smart enough to grasp the meaning behind your words on the 1st try! LOL! I’m kind of a face value girl, and reading you is sometimes like the shell game. Are you a professor or teacher? And what negative cravings make you have to exercise the art of channeling, if you don’t mind sharing?
November 4th, 2008 at 1:22 pm
Yes, having to quit again would be hell. And too many days wasted. I’ve been down that road in the past and it’s not a road a wish to travel again.

I suggested you made some changes to your channel…
You said no. You are strong, you rejected my suggestion. An addiction also gives us suggestions which we must turn down.
But the desire and life behind the craving must not be blocked; it should be calmed down and channelled into activities which are more beneficial for us. I too, like everyone, have to exercise this art…
